Molly McGlynn
Molly McGlynn is an award winning Toronto-based writer and director. Her short films, I Am Not a Weird Person, Shoes, Given Your History and 3-Way (Not Calling) have received both festival and online acclaim. She is an alumnus of Queen’s University, Humber College and most recently, the Cineplex Entertainment Film Program Writers' Lab at the Canadian Film Centre. In 2015, she was selected as a Talent Lab Resident at the Reykjavik International Film Festival and as a Samsung TIFF Emerging Director. She is currently a participant in TIFF Studio. Her last short film, 3-Way (Not Calling), had its world premiere at TIFF in September 2016. Her first feature film, Mary Goes Round, a Telefilm Micro-Budget project starring Aya Cash, will premiere at TIFF in September 2017. She recently directed the forthcoming CBC digital series How to Buy a Baby and an episode of the CBC comedy series Workin' Moms.
